Brian Thompson

Dear Mr Thompson, I would like to start off by saying "Thank you very much" for your ongoing journalistic efforts and their documentation in the form of a "podcast". When faced with the choice of becoming a so called "patron" of "Whatever Happened to Pizza at McDonald's?", I did so without hesitation, and hopefully, "buyer's remorse". I say, "hopefully" because after completing payment and returning to the "Whatever Happened to Pizza at McDonald's?" Homepage on this here "Patreon", I was taken aback by the realisation that the owner of the "Whatever Happened to Pizza at McDonald's?" "Patreon" page, who I assume to be you, apparently had not taken the necessary steps to enable the "Whatever Happened to Pizza at McDonald's?" "Patron only" episodes to be available in a so called "Audio RSS feed", hereinafter called "feed". This strikes me as an especially unfortunate issue for the relative ease with which this technical preference can be set by the owner of the "Whatever Happened to Pizza at McDonald's?" "Patreon", and its immediate detrimental effect to the enjoyment of the "patron only" episodes on a podcast playback device or software application of choice. For the sake of convenience, which, I may add, is not a small factor in our ever-accelerating world, I would therefore like to ask you to reconsider the choice you have made on the "Whatever Happened to Pizza at McDonald's?" "Patreon" "Creator Page Settings" page as per the official instructions found at the Uniform Resource Locator: https://patreon.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002888783--How-Do-I-Enable-Audio-RSS-For-My-Patrons- It appears - and I apologise for the following technological mumbo-jumbo - that all what is necessary to enable the above mentioned "Feed" is to click the so-called "checkbox" next to the section called "RSS Audio Feed", thereby changing it from "unchecked" to "checked", and not to forget to "lock in" this change by clicking the orange rectangular shape labeled "Save" which can be found at the end of the setting list. Mr Thompson - I would be very happy if you could make up your mind and reconsider your concept for the automated content delivery of the "patron only" episodes of "Whatever Happened to Pizza at McDonald's?". I thank you for your attention and look forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter. I remain respectfully yours, J. Laube
