Added 2019-08-02 13:31:41 +0000 UTCWe've had A LOT of requests on the internets for Simon and Garfunkel over the years and those requests have only gotten more numerous since our fellow a cappella folks Peter Hollens and Pentatonix released versions of their music in the past year or so. "Bridge Over Troubled Water" was always a stand out song to us so we decided to put the old VoicePlay spin on it and see where it led. We think it took us to a good place, we hope you agree.
The funny thing about this song is that it's one big build up from beginning to end and when those drums kick in it's like, "YES! SAIL ON SILVER GIRL!!!" (No idea what that means but sweet biscuits if it doesn't hit you right in the feels every time).
FULL DISCLOSURE, this is 98% final audio, there are one or two tweaks that we're waiting on from our mix engineer, Ed Boyer, (he's super busy) but he assures us we'll have the final mix by early next week so we can share the audio tracks with all of you.
