Here is an image of the planescape that will feature in issue 29 of d12 Monthly. This is how the planes are organised in my own D&D campaign world.
I talk about these planes in length and there are articles on travelling the planes as well as the denizens that live there.
This map was drawn by one of my patrons, Alex, who has his own Patreon if you like cool fantasy (and sometimes cyberpunk) maps.
