The Death Issue Grows!

I have decided to make the next issue - Issue 2 - bigger than first planned.
I am doing this for a couple of reason.
One deals with putting everything I want into it, but also because I am going to try and get this one up on DriveThuRPG as a print-on-demand product and you need an 18 page minimum to do this.
It is already chock full of cool content, but I will be filling out the additional pages with a new (death-related) map and some more location goodness you can drop into your own campaign.
