Edward and others--visualize the spout of the metal vessel emitting the steam toward the point in the sinus cavity where the nasal cavity opens (between the eyes, approximately) and observe the steam gently pass downward through the nostrils and exit the nose. This will open up the interior of the sinus cavity and brain stem--including the pineal gland. This is the method hinted at in Wilheim's "The Secret of the Golden Flower" but never made explicit (That's the Taoist way). Namaste.
