On your first point: Farsight says they have a technique to do/bypass that. I forgot how, but something with entrainment :-) I think. And it not always works.

On your second point: this happens. Farsight (group of remote viewers) (farsight.org) encounters this from time to time. The universe is a very complicated place for us humans ;-)

Hi Steffen, on your third point: this shows us that we live in a holographic reality. Reality consists of frequencies/thoughts that we can create ourselves and in that way create reality. So RV means seeing frequencies or thougths 'real' or 'made up'.

Been following Dick and Courtney Brown for years.. Courtney once mentioned that sometimes RV´s can’t access a target and will be blocked, but that there are individuals that have a bypass ability and that RV´s can piggyback off this ability to actually access the target. Can you please elaborate on this…
Second thought.. through entrainment you mind can conjure up a fictional story/ person and you can actually create such a time line that can be accessed, whether to mask the actual target, or not. Could it be then, that other life forms in the cosmos, can create the same, or even better fictional situations, or people , to throw us off the scent, to deliberately mislead us? These races are mentally way more advanced than us here on Terra.
Third aspect … it appears this confirms the power of the mind in manifesting. Focus on an idea, place or person, in such detail, making it a virtual reality , and you will realise it into existence. This is off topic really, but an intertwined? If you know your mind…….. some feedback would be very interesting 🧐

The term 'masking' sounds like deception, and can be confusing
for some people. Perhaps a better term could be 'metaphor', where you represent something with some phenomenon.

Dick, thank you for this presentation. Well done! Question - Do you think it is possible that the subconscious mind uses masks to protect/shield the Remote Viewer from seeking out information that they are not ready to see/feel/know? Only when the Remote Viewer matures is able to see these masks - and the protection the subconscious mind gave to the Remote Viewer.

Aloha! Tasker, puppet master, entrainment and masking all parts of remote viewing to be understood and experienced. This presentation is all about the tasker though and how the tasker can enable and support good targeting and results enabling and protecting a plain level field. You need two to tango and I have asked before.....please Dick and Team give us more insight on your tasking process. Your KIMBERLY ANN GOGUEN RV sessions were incredible..... It was like Dick on his own and the other three terribly upset! So much emotions especially Daz. Who was the tasker there? A question that needs to be asked :) Will it ever be answered?

Dick says in the presentation that he cannot say whether or not he influenced the wearing of the tie, or if he just saw the tie that was to be chosen. And the specific intent was to have the letter accurately define tie.
But I recall Dick mentioning that he tried to RV a past event where a little girl took a different path on a ship. I don't believe he was able to, but he tried.
If it is possible to influence future/past events, has Dick found any evidence as to what is the limiting/determining factor?
Antie has no emotional significance, the little girl's passing does. I wonder if the emotions cement the event into stasis, unchangeable.
Would be interning to test out, and if it is true, the levels of emotional intensity. For example a deceased pet vs preventing the giving away of a pet. Sporting event outcomes vs the coin toss. Very interesting.
We definitely leave in a strange world and I'm so happy for it. I could not believe that I once thought the static universe was the only path.
