I have no idea how many people will actually care about this story, as they may have never been to Toronto and don't know anything about it, but I care, so I made it. :)

I feel Ottawa echoes the situation in Toronto quite a bit when it was also amalgamated. Suburban councillors regularly get in the way of making substantial progress on a number of issues. It's frustrating to say the least.
