Swapfiets is a lease bike company. Instead of buying a bike, you lease it from Swapfiets and they are responsible for any maintenance. The costs quickly add up, to where many people argue it's not worth it, and they're probably right. But there are other benefits to leasing, rather than owning, so Swapfiets fills a niche.
I was planning on making this video over a year ago, but I decided that if I was going to end up effectively "advertising" Swapfiets on my public channel, I should probably get them to pay for it. 😂
