New NJB: The Wrong Way to Set Speed Limits

I'm releasing a new video ... right now! Sorry about the last-minute drop, but the video was ready and I thought I would release it, rather than wait. This video will premiere at 9PM CET (about 20 minutes from now) so come and join the live chat if you'd like.
As you might have seen, I was looking for an editor to work with me on Not Just Bikes. And I have found one! This is the first Not Just Bikes video that was not edited by me!
However that also means that it took a while to get this one out, as we worked out the technical and process issues to bring out a video. The video was only just finished a few hours ago, so I wasn't able to release to Patreon supporters first. The plan is to do videos in monthly "batches" in the future though, so future videos should be available early to Patrons : sometimes even weeks early!
The only reason I was able to afford an editor is because of support from people like you on Patreon. So thanks for that. I hope this will let me make a lot more videos than I was making before, while increasing the production quality.
Anyway, this video is about speed limits. How they're set, and how they should be set. It's also an opportunity to promote the new Strong Towns book which comes out on Wednesday.
