If you're celebrating Halloween where you live, I hope it's not as rainy as it was here. 😉 It looks like Halloween didn't really happen in the expat neighbourhood this year: I heard that the organizers' kids are far too old for it and nobody else has picked up the planning for it. That seems to be the case because hardly any houses were giving out candy this year.
