2024-07-12 17:17:29 +0000 UTCI have a Chain Devil NPC (Osvaldo) I originally ran in Waterdeep Dragon Heist ( that later showed up in my Descent Into Avernus. He was a random encounter and the party ended up buying a Mystery Key from him. I'm hoping to bring him through for Chains of Asmodeus, though I haven't decided when/where yet...
