Comm Sheet - Flat Color

I am currently trying out Clip Studio Paint, since it's waaay better for animating. So far, everything was looking much better than photoshop, but I have found out there are no Layer Styles, and this is a big hit to flat color and shading... I might have to go back to PS for non-animations after all :(
