Azalea Sketch
Added 2023-04-06 05:17:12 +0000 UTCIt's been a while since I've drawn Azalea, so I figured a nice redraw would do her some good! For those of you who may not have seen her (she hasn't been in any of the comics yet), she's Chloe's adoptive mother.
Azalea works as a blacksmith, which is still in demand in modern times due to her ability to enchant the armor, tools, and weapons she creates (you can't exactly enchant a gun, so it's somewhat practical). However, most of the clients as of late have been wanting flashier, less useful items from her (despite her warnings) - so she takes more gold (and if gold is meant to be used as the material, she might eat a little of it). Azalea carries her gold horde in her belly as molten gold, which is why her belly is so round (even if she IS fat) - it also means that she's definitely not flying anywhere, since she's immensely heavy thanks to that gold-filled gut.
