I've improved support for Uncharted 4 in the mod manager so file containers will be automatically modified to force the game to load loose assets outside of those containers, which means you can distribute mods as packaged loose assets. It works in an extremely similar way to how the mod manager installs mods for RE Engine games.
Thanks to this and model import breakthroughs by alphaZomega and others, it looks like Uncharted 4's modding scene will become much more active in the near future.
