Which Should I Watch First?

The Specials make a lot of references to previous Episodes. For example, the Streaming wars require knowledge of all the "manbearpig" episodes. I don't think you should prioritise either until you have gone throuh all the relevant episodes required to understand the specials.

Also, you should maybe watch the episode Tegridy Farms (22Γ4), and Where Has My Country Gone (19Γ2), before those to see a bit of the backstory of a few of the charachters as they've developed in the later seasons.
