2023-08-10 15:07:35 +0000 UTCi use to be really good at it....almost every time i dreamed i would realize it was a dream but then i went a while without having dreams cause i smoke alot and smoking too close to going to sleep will prevent you from going into REM sleep which is when you have dreams......but i think the best thing you can do is to randomly, several times throughout the day to ask yourself "am i dreaming"? even if it seem stupid to ask because you know your not currently dreaming, just asking yourself that alot will make it more likely for you to be in a dream and think "am i dreaming?" and once you ask yourself that in a dream its pretty easy to tell that you are in one...then you can go be spiderman.....or find a fine ass bitch lol
