Animator controllers and expressions have been revised to take advantage of booleans and free up memory
All materials have been updated to poiyomi 7
This means that the project now only includes the compiled shader variants this prevents thryeditor from throwing an error that breaks the project, this means you will need to download poiyomi separately but since the previous versions shipped with a broken thry you were all doing that anyway :P
Dynamic Bone is no longer included
Sorry folks but you'll need to source it yourself, at least until VRCs new system to replace it comes out (which will probably warrant a 2.5)
