Salon de la Princesse Boiserie
Added 2022-05-10 10:54:18 +0000 UTCSalon de la Princesse is yet another ostentatiously decorated rococo era salon. The real salon can be found at Hotel de Soubise in Paris, which was built for François, Prince of Soubise and his wife in 1704.
The game does not allow for the kind of curves and levels as the original boiserie has, but I recreated it as best I could using some bits from Versailles, some from the hotel itself and some out of @cliffou29 ‘s previous work.
The boiserie comes in 6 panels, all depicting the story of Psyche and Cupid, and the room itself can be found on the gallery in both its glory days and as a decaying version.
