Dev Diary #127: v0.2.0.D overview

New version, new overview! Yes, four weeks late... I'm so focused on working on new content that I completely forget some things... I completely forgot making the overview and just remembered bruh. Like everything else, I've added this to my calendar, so I can plan it better.

In any case, better late than never!

This version brings new things and revamped ones. The most notable are Mara and her fangs.From now on, any scene she's in, her fangs will be visible. She is a vampire girl, right? It was about time her fangs were visible at all times, and not randomly as they were until now.

That means we'll get to meet Mara again, and with that come four things:

Choose your accreditation.Yes, the “Brave” accreditation has been removed, as the hard mode will not be available until the end of the project. For now, that's the plan and the decision.

On the other hand, Mabel will be your personal mailwoman from now on.After meeting Mara and moving in with you, Mabel will be waiting for you at the entrance to give you some news: she has a letter and something important to tell you.

The important thing she has to tell you is that from now on, she will be your personal mailwoman, and with that, we will unlock something called “Marketplace.”This is a new feature that allows you to sell/buy, so you can sell your leftover materials and make a fortune. But be careful! The value changes every day.

Thanks to this, two new areas are unlocked in the Manor: Entrance and Outside.Yes, Mabel will now be available in the evening.

We also have a new quest: The First Task.In this quest, we'll spend the morning with the Captain. What will we do with her? Take a walk, because she has something to tell you.After all this, we'll unlock the ranks and everything related to them, including the first rank quest.

All this includes a post-scene of Vanessa's illusion.This will lead to a new feature that will be implemented in future versions (planned to be added in v4).

Secondary but equally interesting things:

Anna finally has the same cap as the rest of the girls: level 3.And with that, the possibility of her posing on the sofa will be unlocked.

The “Perks” panel has undergone a final change, as most perks are now unlocked automatically. It should now look cleaner and simpler.

And something worth noting is the change to the “Proof of trust” icon. It now has a better meaning (old vs new).

And much more! Remember that all versions include revisions to quests, tasks, etc., as well as new talks!
