About the importance of feedback

Today an interesting thought occurred to me. I realized that it is very important for me to develop in 3D modeling and make it as convenient as possible for you, those who print and assemble.

At the beginning of my journey, I tried to think through all this based on my experience of working in a forge and taking an example from the real iron armor that was made there. If this is a helmet, then there should be fastenings for a chin strap, the parts should be functional, the helmet itself should contain a lining so that the head is comfortable. If this is a weapon, then the blade should fit well into the sheath, and in the case of armor on the body, it should be comfortable to put on and wear.

Now, when I make models mainly based on the Lord of the Rings universe, the experience gained helps me in cases where the references are not clear enough and there is no way to discern the type of fastening or connection of something.

So I came to the conclusion that not only the beauty of the 3D model is important, but also its functionality, ease of assembly in the case of cut versions. Therefore, it is very important for me to receive feedback, recommendations and wishes from you, as this greatly helps me improve in my business. I’m incredibly happy when you like everything, but I’m also happy when you suggest changing something, making it more convenient. Perhaps for some, such suggestions for adjustments may look like picky statements, but not for me, since I understand the value and importance of such feedback.

You help me grow in my skill, thank you ❀

That reminds me, I should go print some more of your models. Hard to give useful feedback without actually printing them :-D.
