As for clothes choice, I thought something simpler would suffice, everything else is pretty simple so clothes should be too.

The outfit is cute, but the loose fit suits Neptune really well, I love it! I also love those thigh highs, they look so cute, and getting her feet covered is even better (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄) the little sparkles are so good, too! Lovely work! d(^_^o)
