In many of your videos you talk about the importance of following chord tones and following chord changes but this happens mostly in jazz, blues, soul...etc. but when we talk about rock, this does not happen, for example Angus Young always rests in the tonal center and does not follow the chord changes by making arpeggios. is this approach ok? Thanks
