Hi Guy's, I had similar problems a while back. When printing (when the Print Box is displayed) you need to look in the Page size and handling screen and select "Shrink over sized pages". This should make the text fit the A4 page. I also had an issue with the PDFs displaying too large in Acrobat. You need to go to Edit > Preferences > in categories select page display then select Page layout = Automatic & Zoom= fit page. The above settings can change accidentally when some kind of update runs on your PC or laptop so every now and again you will need to go in and fix them. For a while I thought it was the way Jack was creating & saving the PDF's but it's actually our computers going awol. Good Luck
