3 Blues Solos with Tabs and Backing Tracks

Yesterday I did a live clinic for about 20 students at Carter Vintage Guitars here is Nashville. These are 3 solo examples I had notated and 3 backing tracks I used for the clinic. I'm sharing them here for you guys to learn and enjoy. Cheers!

Aloha Jack! I was surfing You Tube for some Blues guitar lesson and you were the first stop! And I found what I needed! So I became a Patreon member today. I learned a few things already! Mahalo!

Hey Jack and Tony. Like, Tony I was one of the students at the Carter Vintage Guitar class and really felt motivated by your playing and what you taught. Now a patron and looking forward to learning much more from you ! Thx

Hal Smith

Always always tasty and giving ideas that you want to incorporate in your own playing !

EMMANUEL LEBLANC

Your minor blues are the best Jack. Melodic hook, diminished and major 7 arps, and of course perfect phrasing, five star playing.

Hi Jack - great stuff.. Your lessons set the benchmark for clarity and insight. Separately, since the 5 position lesson, YouTube is blocking the download of your videos. For some of us, it is helpful to download the videos so we can slow them down and loop them with desktop software. This is simply a heads up! Thanks for all that you do.

Mike

Thanks Jack-I was one of the 20 students. I really enjoyed our session and decided to join your Patreon

Is there anyway you could # these lessons? I use a looper app called FiveLoop print the tabs. I can’t find this lesson on YouTube. Thanks.

I love the way you introduce so much melody in the first solo that I will hurry to combine with the other lesson whose intro is similar but in A . thanks !!

Love these solos. Very sweet. Do you have a solo album? What guitar are playing?

Thank you Jack!

As always a great pleasure to hear your nice tone, tastefull playing and your right to the point lines. I discovered you by chance on a truefire-sampler a few years ago and since then my playing improved so extreme I could never imagine. Thank you so much for that! Michael from Germany

Super tasty playing there Jack...back to the woodshed for me.
