I try to prepare a solid answer for each question, so the earlier you can get yours in, the more time I'll have to think over it. But even if you're late, I usually have a bit of time at the end of the broadcast for live questions, so please join in if you can!

Through composed songs are songs that don't repeat sections ex. Bohemian Rhapsody, Paranoid Android. So a more detailed version of my question would be how to write songs that don't repeat sections and can still keep some sort of tether/cohesion.

2024-06-02 15:07:01 +0000 UTCHi Jake, would you consider doing more videos (on either channel) focused on production (as in artistic direction, not mixing) and arrangement? Clearly they feature in your songwriting videos, but it would be interesting to have some dedicated content. For instance, showing how a few of your songs could sound very different by changing the arrangement, soundscape, etc; some tricks to make two verses or two choruses sound fresh yet familiar; and any other idea of the sort.
