But it should give you all some insight into what a modern-day career could look like for a certain type of composer, and hopefully expand your idea of what being a successful songwriter could be.

This is the quick story behind my first "big hit" from about 12 years ago. It went viral, made money, and opened up an entire career path that I ultimately declined to walk down. I learned some very important lessons through that process and share them here to hopefully assist and inspire some of you.
