Old PC, the X58 I7 920. 11 years it's been! Still going strong but unfortunately not really possible to work with and has had bits dying for a while. Also rat nest of wires from every time it got cleaned out for dust and just didn't put it back together properly.

Old vs new! Over a decade of difference, flagships of their respective eras! Don't worry that's a cleaning brush not my toothbrush LOL! Good for getting dust out of tight spaces :3.

Build coming together! There's a lot of work to be done, I need to populate the rest of the ram, I need some reliable storage and M.2 populated and I really need a new rendering GPU. But little steps at a time we'll get there. This is a massive step forward for me. I have been waiting for this upgrade for years and with your help and some sacrifices on my end we got there! New Motherboard, New CPU and New Ram kit! The big 3 core components that couldn't be upgraded one at a time due to compatability. But now it's all happening! No excuses anymore!
I could not have done this without your support and I am forever grateful for this amazing gift! I was borderline in tears the whole week while putting this thing together, because I could not believe that this is actually happening! I am ecstatic right now and with this monster of a core will deliver amazing things to you in the near future!

Some liquid metal work on the GPU die, trying to bring it back to life and it kind of worked! took 22C of max temps and dropped idle temps to exactly room temperature, if the room is 22c the card is at 22c, amazing!

And the final build with all this unicorn barf RGB shitstorm! That colourful cooler is going to go soon for a real cooler from Noctua but right now it's looks very pretty :3. Specs are: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x, Asus X470 - F Gaming, G.Skill Flare X 3200 cas14 memory(Samsung B-die, only 16G for now) and of course the PSU we got a couple of months ago, the EVGA Supernova 750 G2 Gold 80+. Everything else is my old gear that, step by step, will need to be upgraded.
Again a huge thank you to all the Yaszies for your ongoing support in helping me with this amazing workstation upgrade! Amazing things are on the horizon and coming your way very soon!
Thank you,
Ayasz
