Update on the $75+ rewards

Good evening high tier patrons, hope you're all doing well.

Don't worry, nothing about the substance of the rewards is changing. All the actual rewards for your tiers are exactly as they have been.

The only change I'm making is how the rewards are redeemed.

For years I went out of my way to keep meticulous notes on all the high tier Patrons, and made sure to contact them whenever it was time for them to make an episode request.

Strangely however, (at least to me) a lot of ya'll seem uninterested in actually getting your rewards lol. Often times I'd contact someone about a rewards, only to hear "I'm not sure what to do yet, I'll get back to you later". ... and then not only would they not get back to me, but they'd change their Discord name and profile pic so I couldn't find them again easily lol.

I ended up spending quite a bit of time hounding down Patrons to see if they had ideas yet, or brainstorming ideas with them, and all of that required taking notes of all my interactions so I know who was still owed episodes and from what month, who was still waiting and for how long, who had ideas but hadn't settled; etc etc. 

In the end it just got too complicated. Recent events in my personal life distracted me to the point that I stopped taking notes for a while, and now I've completely lost track of who was owed what and when. 

And while I could re-construct my notes, I feel like spending so much time on rewards is not very productive. The Patreon is there to fund my various channels, not to be work in itself. 

So TL;DR - Starting now it will be the Patron's responsibility to contact me to claim their rewards.

I'm no longer going to spend time tracking down Patrons who only kinda want episode requests.

If you're due a reward, send me a message here on Patreon, or on Discord, and let me know you'd like an episode request. Once you make a request I'll mark it down and get it done as soon as I can.

As always I'm pretty flexible so if you donated at a high tier last month and had to lower your pledge since then, you can still claim your rewards, just let me know what happened and we can work something out.

That being said, it is ultimately your responsibility to claim your reward in a timely manner. You can't not-claim for more than a year and then try to get a years worth of requests all at once.

I hope you all understand my reason for making this change.
