Glad the movie effectively scared you. Also neat that you also checked out the short at the end. The only nitpicking thing with the short for me is it feels like it doesn’t follow any rules. Like the light makes it disappear, but it can still physically influence things in the light, but then it’s just there in the light at the end. Still spooky though. So I do like that the movie follows better set of rules for the creature. The biggest weakness of the film like you said was the story and that it was pg-13. Feels like it would do even better in a R rated film and a couple more bodies could have helped as well.
