As I return to writing more scripts for S7, I find myself pouring most of my energy into the preseason finale , Through Sickness and In Health — a long, very emotionality-driven episode that takes place before, during, and after the Great War. What does this have to do with our dynamic detective duo? Well, all I can say is to stay tuned 😉 .
In this little snippet, our protagonist, Ray, just reconnected with an old friend he thought dead from the bombs named Mercer. Once an introverted man of science, Ray finds himself the leader of a major reconstruction effort for a settlement that could change the face of the west coast. As it stands, this will be the earliest post war story I’ve told through the podcast thus far.
