I am slowly getting adjusted to a new sleeping schedule with Runsamok's new job, and only one gout flare-up this month.
Fanfiction.net never even bothered to respond and explain why NoFP was taken down, so it looks like I will have to re-post it in some form. I just need to figure out how to balance public availability versus minimizing the risk of being false-reported again.

I've been compiling my downloaded files into one big one to stick on my ereader, for convenience. Which means I'm possibly the only person to have noticed that your chapter numbers are one out since Part XVII. There was no Chapter 38. If you're as OCD as I am, this will bug you for many happy hours to come. You're welcome. :P But seriously, I love this story. The politics and intrigue are great, and the action scenes exciting and well-paced. I love the characters, especially Durana and Boltac, and I like that even the more minor characters feel like people. I'm very glad to hear your health has been better lately, and pray that improvements will continue. I hope Runsamok's new job is a good change? FF.net sucks. All the cool fans are over on archiveofourown.org. :) Of course, you can always post chapters to your own site, like you did with True Colours (which, if the mood strikes you, absolutely no-one would cry to see continued).

I'd sure others have said this already, but lots of people crosspost their stories to Archive Of Our Own, and place a message to that effect in their FF.net profile (usually to the effect of "My AO3 Account name is..." as FF.net is not friendly to links)
