Yes, some events unrelated to Rhiyen's arrival will still occur. But he's already making changes for those around him - some for the better, and some for the worse.
I hope you all are enjoying the story as it unfolds. I'm going with a more detailed outline than I've used in previous projects, as a way to help me stay better focused. I don't have as many intrusive thoughts about future events in the story if I know I've already written down the details and won't forget them.
This is a far cry from when I was working on Nightmares of Futures Past!
Anyway, we'll see how it works with this story. Maybe strategy will compensate for my aging brain, lol.
