Changes in Patreon Pledge

- All pledges: You have priority on open commission slots.
- 10$ pledge: You can get sound edited version of animations as a bonus reward.
- 20$ pledge: You have VIP-exclusive commission slots, once per month.
There aren't big changes for the existing pledges, but made a few changes.
Basically I'm turning commissions from patreon-only to public. But as there are few supporters who haven't applied for commission yet, they still can make commission without additional charge, as long as they keep their pledge.
Also, I'll also be making short animations in both gif and mp4 format, which would make great improvement in quality compared to gif. Sound will be added to mp4 version.
If there are something to ask, I'm always welcomed for them.
