Omg zen thank you for sharing this. Getting my tubes cut is something in my wishlist. Haven’t attempted to do it in my free healthcare yet (cause I don’t want to pay it lol) but it’s totally something in my near future plans!

No questioning, no bringing my husband into it. He just said "okay, I'll get a referral sent out." December 2021, I was t-boned by a drunk driver. My left side is fucked up and I lost my service dog from it. Before the New Year, my doctor reached out again and said "we have an appt available January 28th. Want it?" You know how people say that you gain new perspective after a traumatic event? Told him "let's do it." I went through Veteran Affairs and honestly thought I would be stonewalled for my decision, but there are some awesome doctors out there. Best of luck to anyone else attempting safe abortions and contraception ✨️
