As always, I want to thank all of you for sticking with me this month! It's super appreciated.
As I mentioned in the MP3 post, this is a new track from a side project I'm getting together currently! Right now I've been getting a good number of tracks done and separating them into two projects: one for collaborations / less sample based tracks (I've been getting some good guitar and bass practice in!) and one that's going in a more classic Future Funk direction. I plan to get around 6 or so tracks done for the latter EP, just to have something straight to the point with no filler! My other project will be a little more indulgent, with longer tracks and a bit more focus on atmosphere and telling a story.
I'm planning on pitching this record to Neoncity, as I think it'd be up their alley. But that's definitely subject to change! I'm also planning on putting out a single this month, hopefully. The track I hope to put out is my Doktor Plekter collab with Matthew Clanton doing vocals. Stay tuned for that!
I should also mention that the new merch I have planned for you guys is Sample Heaven pins! I got a few made and I'm thinking of giving it to you guys as a reward. I'll need a few days to figure out the best way to go about that though!
