Hi everyone!
Today's my birthday!
I actually have a lot of work to do today, so looks like I'll be keeping myself busy. It'll be tempting not to go all out and buy a few drinks today (I'm turning 21!) but with the Notilde Tapes release tomorrow and all it might not be such a good idea! I'll leave the partying for Saturday night.

Anyway, here's the weekly track! This is another addition to my purely Future Funk EP I'm preparing, which I plan to submit to Neoncity, or maybe just release on my own as a side project. For this project I've mainly been focusing on the catchiest bits of the sample and making the most of that. Every track I've been dedicating for this project so far has had that distinction, and I want to keep that theme going to keep the EP cohesive!

I want to try to get 3 more tracks done for this thing before I call it done! I'll try keeping simplicity, catchiness, hard hitting percussion and an old school flavor in mind for the rest of the tracks! I want to also put a hard emphasis on the basslines for these tracks as well. I should mention that while a lot of the influence for these tracks comes from Future Funk, I've been listening to a lot of Chicago House as well, which has definitely been influencing my sound as well!
