[NTT Release] Chance De La Soul - Held in Place

Hey everyone! Happy Friday!
This week I want to share one more track from the upcoming Notilde Tapes compilation!

Background:
I'll start off with a fun fact: Chance De La Soul was actually the first person I talked to back in the summer of 2020, when it came to asking people to join the label! When I thought of putting together a record label of artists who make fun, creative plunderphonics and future funk, Chance's music really stood out to me as being an example of exactly what I was imagining in my head! The fact that we got along so quickly after only a few messages being exchanged just made the whole situation even better!

Future Releases:
I would have kept the whole thing under wraps for a bit, but since Chance already announced it on his twitter, I suppose I can spill the beans. Chance will have his next, self titled LP released on Notilde Tapes in March! We will be doing tapes, and hopefully we can start releasing some singles soon!

I don't think I mentioned this yet, but I plan to announce the compilation's release date tomorrow! We delayed it a week for the sake of getting on streaming services and getting the game made, but January 23rd is the day! Make sure to mark it on your calendars, it'll be an exciting day!
