Ev.exi - Call Stack (Mere Notilde Remix)

For this week's weekly track, I have a remix I finished up of "Call Stack" by Ev.exi!
Ev has always been a huge inspiration to me, mainly when I first heard him back in 2018 or so. At that time, I had just finished the album "Rotti" and I was looking for my next musical direction. I remember blindly going around and seeing what was going on in the Future Funk scene at the time, and I came across "Remember" by Ev.exi. This track really blew my mind at the time, as it really didn't really sound like what I thought Future Funk sounded like. It was a mixture of a lot of different genres, including French Electro!
Someway or another, I ended up talking to Ev. and he sent me his project files for the title track off his first album (we luckily both use Ableton)! From there I started experimenting with a harder, more french electro-inspired sound, which you can hear me start trying out on the"Black One" EP! The rest is history, I suppose!
Hope you guys enjoy this hard remix! I find it a bit amusing how different the three tracks I've showed you guys over the past week or so have been, from some more chilled out experimental stuff to this more straightforward electro mixed with metal stuff. I plan to keep that variety up, so if you're into it, stay tuned for more!
