Regarding Patreon Login Errors on the Voxta Cloud Portal
Added 2025-08-31 19:40:51 +0000 UTCSome users are experiencing an "access_denied" error when logging into the Voxta Cloud Portal with Patreon. The error states: "Please verify your email address through Patreon before logging in."
This issue affects some older Patreon accounts and is caused by a problem with Patreon's email verification system. It is not a security issue with your Voxta or Patreon account.
To resolve this, you must force Patreon to re-verify your email. This can be done by changing the email address in your Patreon account settings.
Instructions:
Go to your Patreon Account Settings:
In the "Basics" section enter a different email address to trigger a new verification.
Patreon will send a verification email. Click the link in that email to confirm the change.
After successful verification, you will be able to log in to the Voxta Cloud Portal.
