The Drama of Amir's Hair Part 1
Added 2022-01-30 03:32:38 +0000 UTCSo as I'm sure yall are starting to realize, unlike Mori, Amir is very in to fashion and very much enjoys dressing up and preening. One of his most distinguishing features is probably his hair and Atlas and I spent... A lot of time making sure it was right.
So here's the lineart for his "basic" hair style. When we were contemplating how to fit the secondary pose + hair together we thought keeping the braid in front of his body would make more sense when transitioning between poses.
One of the other things we're dealing with for Amir is that during his chapter, he and the MC will be visiting a formal event so now Amir needed something more complex to go with that whole fit.
So this was my first concept: metallic gold and lots of small braids in the same basic style as above. We ended up with a totally different look, which I'll show you next time but it turns out Atlas had a much better idea then what I was thinking lol!
ANYWAY! More Amir art is on the way, I'm in the process of making a TCM website (slowed down slightly by some tech issues this week but I should be up and running at normal capacity soon), Mori fic is... probably late next week. Also, we are SUPER close to the next community goal for professional logo design so hopefully I will have more news regarding that reward in an update next week~!
