The Drama of Amir's Hair Part 2
Added 2022-02-03 19:41:07 +0000 UTCSo last time I started to get into how complicated Atlas and I made Amir's hair... Unlike Mori, Amir's basic sprite set is going to have three different hairstyles. You saw his basic/default hair style last time and the concept we had for a fancier style.
Atlas came out of left field with this design that was better than the one I was thinking of in basically every conceivable way. Really love that this was better able to show off how much Amir gets to change his look on a whim and display his love of fashion.
And then Atlas finished it off with more gold because its Amir and he loves to be dripping in jewels as much as humanly possible.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, I really wanted to do a totally loose-hair look for Amir. Its such a striking feature on him and he knows exactly how to play that slinky, sexy angle so it only seemed fitting.
I feel like this fits the succubus vibe to a T. Very excited to show off more of his looks and monster form. Stick around for more :D
In other news, I'm not going to post a progress report this week as only a little was made. My primary PC had some... major issues and I'm currently in the process of getting a new one built. I have all the parts and should be back up and running like normal by the weekend but it definitely threw a bit of a wrench in my plans this week.
