Okay actually, its a large SNAFU

Hello Uptown and Galleria patrons.  If you've been on the discord this week you may have already heard the very frustrating news.

Physical merch fulfillment through Patreon has been an absolute disaster.  When I last updated you on the situation re: miniprints going out late + the bonus sticker, it was under the assumption that I would be able to create one time shipments.  I have come to find out that is not possible.  Not only can I not send out 1 time shipments without waiting 3 MORE billing cycles, I also can't put them on tiers that have recurring physical goods.  

So there's two problems happening here:

1.) Several of you have been with us since the very beginning and we need to get you some kind of reward to make up for the fact that you haven't received the prints I promised.

2.) We can't do physical merch via Patreon going forward because of how their merch program works.  We will still have physical merchandise at some point in the future but that's going to be something with its own storefront, etc at some way later point in time.

My number 1 goal is to be totally transparent with yall and want to open this up as a conversation between us.  I've already spoken to a couple supporters on Discord- if I touched base with you there already THANK YOU for being so understanding- and I encourage you to hit me up there or to leave a comment below with your thoughts, I'd like to gain a consensus from my upper tiers before moving on with anything.

SO to address problem number one:  Instead of mini prints as promised, how do yall feel about being upgraded to some kind of traditional con merch?  My ideas are something like a Mori acrylic charm or sticker sheets with both Mori AND Amir, something like that?  Keep in mind, I'll need some time to do pricing/ordering and get artwork commissioned and whatever it is it will need to be small in size because international shipping is a nightmare.  BUT I'm open to ideas so please hit me with your suggestions!

THEN for problem number two: I can't keep offering merch via Patreon so the upper level ranks will need some new incentives.  Physical merch is very expensive to produce and especially to ship, and I'm depending on patron dollars to offset game development costs first and foremost so... my options are a little bit limited?  But again, I'm definitely looking to include yall in this conversation so please, hit me with all your ideas and I can try to hopefully find a solution that is attractive and feasible.

ALL OF THIS BEING SAID... I completely understand if anyone downgrades their pledge and I'm totally, 100% not at all offended by that so please don't feel weird about it or anything.  And beyond that, you can cancel/downgrade, you're still going to get whatever reward we agree on here to make up for the initial print send out that got borked so there's no obligation going forward, I just want to make sure you get what you were promised.

ANYWAY, I'm super sorry to hit you guys up with the bad news, its been a rough week and I have been back and forth with Patreon support for several days now while I try to get all my questions answered and clarify their procedures.  Please don't be shy about giving me any input/comments/questions you might have, I'm definitely committed to make this right.
