Upcoming "Review"
Added 2022-12-28 20:45:47 +0000 UTCI'll have a general update for yall on Saturday but since I was on and distributing some perk links to the higher ranks I thought I'd pass this little update along to everyone :D
The Studio Peaches "annual review" meeting is scheduled for the week of Jan 9th. During this time, me and my partner will be going over ALL of TCM's data from 2022- engagement, traffic, # of plays and downloads, discord and social media stats, budgets, etc, and even community population and dynamics. The purpose of this meeting is to paint and analyze an accurate picture of TCM's health as a project, figure out what worked for us this year and what did not, and adjust our strategies for 2023 based on that.
So. I anticipate largely positive as we've had a high threshold of traffic on social media and, most importantly, on itch.io in terms of game downloads and positive word of mouth. But also, I know there's some snags in the production line I'd like to smooth out a little so I do want to put it to y'all that some structural changes to the way things are set up may change.
Patrons of all levels will be the first to know, of course, and I do want to reiterate that I'm receptive to feedback too so when I post our meeting report, goals, and strategies for yall I'd love to hear what you think.
