8. SCP-4671: "Clarky The Clown"

9. SCP-2030: "Laugh is Fun"

10. SCP-4003: Cowboys, Catholics, & The Cretaceous

Which episode was the hardest to compose for?

SCP-3043 & 3143: "Murphy Law" mainly for the amount of time I spent on it this one was very fun but took very long to get it right.

How did you come to work on SCP Archives?
Well I worked with Pacific on another show called Aftershocks which I think was in 2017/2018 which was a fun show and he mentioned about SCP and what his plans were and at the time I wasn't really sure what SCP was so I was sort of exposed to this world of SCP by working on them.

Do you have a Bandcamp, or somewhere I can buy your music? It’s just so good, and you really manage to capture the tone of the entries!

I have a few tracks on bandcamp! https://tomroryparsons.bandcamp.com/

What’s your favorite podcast?
Hmm i'm really not sure audio drama wise I do quite enjoy the big finish audios. I find it hard to find favourites as I know so many people in the audio drama community it makes you look at stuff differently when you know the people on it it's weird.

What other shows have you worked on? Which was your favorite? (Not SCP)
All's Fair
Organism
The Hidden Truths
Small Town Horror
Aftershocks
Lost Hearts

How do you decide what an episode sounds like? How do you choose the instruments?
A synopsis, script or the scp wiki site can help however sometimes you really never know till you hear it. Things such as pacing and the voices etc will also impact this.

Do you do other podcast stuff like edit or write or act?
Editing and sound design
Here are a few bits All's Fair, Organism, Lost Hearts, Doctor Who fan audio dramas-Doctor Who: Servants of Eve and Consciousness.

Writing

The Hidden Truths and The Christmas Prison

Acting

Well I do cameo in the odd thing acting wise and even that shouldn't be legal. If you can spot me in anything message me and ill send you somethng, no really ill send you something.

Do you plan on composing for more podcasts or doing your own music?
There are things yes but I don't think I can discuss any of them. Put that giant tazer gun down Pacific noooooooooo. Send help!

Were you self taught or did you learn how to play?
Well when I was 15 I did guitar lessons. Then years later I did an extended diploma in music and then I did a 3 years Bachelor's Degree In Music Performance and Technology. After that I did some online scoring courses.'

Do you have a discogragraph?

I have website with credits on but I think it needs some updating I also have credits listed on podchasher.

The scary man made me

What’s your favourite version of the theme tune?

Well the Spaghhetti Western version was pretty fun however, I have done a new version which you will be hearing for season 5 which is a close second.

Do you work from the script to compose the music or are you given a broad outline of the type of feeling to evoke and then compose something around that?

I compose to the dialogue an sound effects files I get send so I can respond to everything. A synopsis before I get the episode can also get my brain preparing before I get the file
