Added 2020-01-26 18:47:12 +0000 UTCI'm pretty happy with how these two turned out, really upping the color saturation and reds for this scene because soon- THE SMOOCHES. I've been trying to get better at what colors I use (especially when working digitally), since a lot of people have said my art looked rather washed out. To be fair, that was mostly 3-5 years ago, and I was better at working with color traditionally. Plus on top of that, I'm trying to get better at local colors vs. (if it's the right word) unnatural (non-sunlight) colors?
I might to go back and replace the word "fascination" at some point. My partner expressed that it's awkward as is, but I haven't really thought of a better word that gets at what I'm thinking of, yet.
