TIER 1.5 & Upcoming Special Mods

NOTE: INDEPENDENT MODS NOT ANYMORE SETUPS FOR A CAR
First Mod will be a 718 GT4 RS !
Porsche 718 GT4 RS WILL BE CONTAINED BY TIER 1.5 !!!
Special mods at which tier?
All special mods will be part of tier 2 and some of them will appear in tier 1.5 too!
What is the Tier 1.5?
I decided that for the upcoming special mods they will be part of tier 2 ( 5€/month) but because i wish that everyone can afford them and maybe not everyone wants to pay this much, i created tier 1.5 which will give access to some upcoming special mods (independent cars).
