Development Update: Dungeon

I accidentally deleted the previous post regarding this, so here we go again!

The dungeon is the next big planned update, it will be a command players can use to enter what's called "the Dungeon". There they will explore each level of the procedurally generated dungeon, where they can collect items and money. But if they encounter a trap before they escape, they lose everything they got in that run.

Whenever a player gets to the level escape portal, they can either: leave with what they got or go to the next level.

Currently I'm working on the level generation, here's a quick look at the current progress:

 

The current message is just meant for testing and will not look like this in the final product.

What you're seeing here are the levels, each level will be a grid of rooms the player will explore. Each room will contain one of the following: nothing, an item, money or a trap. There will be one room with the escape portal and one with the player spawn.

The red squares are traps, the purple and blue are items and money, the yellow is the player spawn and the green is the exit.

There will always be at least one path to the exit without traps.

The next step in development will be navigating the level, which is easier than the generation, so that's cool haha.
