I'm going to be very honest, I can't take credit for this salad. But it's from Ilaria & Jasper, the owners of Camping naturista Ca 'le Scope in Italy. We did eat it all ourselves with a delicious white wine! Enjoy! :-)
This is a salad that you can make perfectly anywhere in the world and where you can certainly find the different ingredients.
What do you need:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g lettuce of your choice
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 can of tuna in water
- 10 black olives
- 1 (red) onion
- 140 g corn
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- pepper and salt
How do you make it:
- Boil the eggs for 8 minutes until hard. Shock the eggs in cold water and peel. Cut them into wedges and divide over the lettuce.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- Drain the tuna and cut the fish into pieces. Also drain the corn.
!As we told you before, we don't eat tuna unless we know where it was caught. This tuna was delivered fresh from their supplier!
- Cut the olives into slices and the onion into half rings.
- Divide the tomatoes, tuna, olives and onion between the two salad plates.
- Make a dressing from the oil, a little water, some salt and pepper. Toss the salad with the dressing well.
