Hey, I’m Arie. I am 25 years old, former track athlete, and proof that life’s toughest setbacks can shape our greatest strengths. At 21, I lost my eye and left leg in a car accident. It changed everything but it didn’t stop me. I found healing through movement, rediscovering my passion for fitness and the power of a determined mind.
Then, just last year, life threw me another curveball. While out on a run, I was hit by a motorcycle and lost my left leg below the knee. It was a hard reset but not the end of my story.
Fitness has been more than a routine; it's been my therapy, my anchor, and my fire. Every rep, every sweat-soaked session, reminds me I’m still an athlete at heart. I'm here to show that strength comes in many forms, and that you can rise, twice if you have to.
