I thought I read that the MGS wasn't stabilized. You are right, it is. I did some research and even found videos showing it firing on the move. It didn't go really fast when shooting, but it definitely was on the move.

M1134 should not fire on the move true but Stryker MGS gun is stabilized:

I agree, Its only the first video so I bet they have to work on stuff such as [stat] weapons and stabilizer reductions.

What seems a little bit odd, though, is seeing the Stryker MGS and ATGM vehicles firing on the move. The MGS cannon is not stabilized and the SACLOS missiles of the ATGM variant should be very hard to keep on target while driving off road at full speed.
